Refund policy

At GRATU Artisan, I take great pride in the quality and authenticity of my products. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I am here to ensure a smooth return and refund process if needed.

Returns

Due to the nature of my handcrafted and natural products, I do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will gladly assist in resolving the matter.

to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, inits original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items. Once I review your request, I will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part.

Exchanges

I do not offer direct exchanges.

However, if your product arrives damaged, I can provide a replacement.
